Business Performance Analyst

Job Summary
 
A Business Performance Analyst prepares, analyzes, and presents information and metrics for a business process to support the efficient operations of the business unit.

Must Haves:

  1. Applicants should be familiar with and have experience with Learning Management Systems.
  2. Must have extensive knowledge of Excel, creating and manipulating spreadsheets.

 
Responsibilities include:

  • Support performance metrics, analyze and recommend data collection process improvements, and ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics
  • Identify and implement better work and business processes
  • Implement automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies
  • Perform varied support and analyses of metrics to track business processes
     

This position is primarily responsible for working within the HUB Learning Management System (LMS) to:

  • Provide reporting to support training, compliance, and leadership metrics
  • Manage, maintain, and support content for training programs and curricula
  • Support course set up, assignments, and completions
  • Run LMS course status reporting
  • Review LMS courses; archive older courses and ensure consistent naming
  • Update course information fields to support LMS updates
  • Communicate via the LMS mailbox and provide timely responses to inquiries
  • Support other LMS issues as necessary

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
 

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in directly related field
  • Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making
  • Effective analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, to include, but not limited to MS Excel, MS Power BI
  • Proficiency in Learning Management System software; SuccessFactors preferred 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
