BI Developer II

Required Skills:
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries
- Proficiency in Python, particularly with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and Streamlit for automating workflows and building scalable data pipelines
- Expertise in Power BI, along with experience in other BI tools like Tableau or Sigma
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and API integration
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with demanding business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Snowflake, SAP HANA, or similar cloud-based data systems
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools
- Knowledge of data governance, stewardship, and data quality frameworks
- High-level understanding of backend development and system troubleshooting
- Industry experience in consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in data analysis, BI development, or related roles
- Prior experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments with demanding business stakeholders
Other Requirements:
- On-site work at our Charlotte, NC location required 4 days per week.
- Ability to respond accurately and in detail to technical questions during screening
