Required Skills:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and Snowflake
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, data governance, and data quality frameworks
- Knowledge of ETL processes, API integrations, and data architecture
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business language
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in the consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing sectors
- Financial acumen and operational understanding
- Familiarity with front-end development for BI tools
- Knowledge of advanced data visualization techniques
- Project management experience in BI initiatives
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (minimum 4 years of relevant education)
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence or data analytics
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work on-site 4 days a week
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle fast-paced, evolving environments
