- System knowledge of Kofax, and FileNet scanning software
- Knowledge of business, legal and regulatory requirements for records retention, and basic knowledge of procedures analysis.
- Knowledge of computer-assisted retrieval systems, filing systems, records management operations, and of micrographics and reprographics equipment and processes.
- Abilities: analytical and abstract thinking; gather, analyze, and make recommendations for decision making.

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to use computer applications and Microsoft suite
Entry level in scope and includes the following:
- Verify information on barcode sheets. And the order of documents and type of document per each level of bar code sheet to be imaged/scanned.
- Enter attribute data into a database.
- Image/Scan document file batches.
- Count scanned batch output and place in scanner maintenance log.
- Run software application data transfer sequences.
- QC scanned image locations for successful movement of documents between systems.
- Move boxes up to 25 pounds in a safe manner.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to use office equipment including scanner, telephone, computer, printer and copier.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others.
- Capability to occasionally lift 25 pounds in a safe manner.
The physical activity of this position may include the following:
- Crouching: Bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine either from a seated or standing position.
- Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
- Fingering: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm.
- Grasping: Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
- Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which one must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
- Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal spoken word levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication.
- Repetitive Motions: Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
The visual acuity requirements, including color, depth perception and field of vision must be able to:
- Preparing, analyzing, and sorting data
- Transcription
- Computer terminal work to include operating an imaging reproduction machine from a seated position
- Some reading and writing is required
Required Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years
Education: Minimum Highschool diploma or equivalency
