Summary

A growing multi-site organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee receivables operations, optimize cash flow, and support financial reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong systems knowledge and a proactive approach to stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations

  • Monitor aging reports and proactively resolve outstanding balances

  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy and timely payments

  • Maintain and improve AR policies, procedures, and internal controls

  • Prepare monthly AR reports and support month-end close activities

  • Assist with audit requests and ensure compliance with financial regulations

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support system upgrades or ERP enhancements

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of receivables, collections, and cash application processes

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and Excel-based reporting

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Experience collaborating across departments to resolve billing and payment issues

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit/collections management

  • Experience in a multi-site or manufacturing-adjacent environment a plus

  • Familiarity with month-end close and audit support
