Job Description: 
We are looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to help grow our affiliate program through data analysis, optimization, and partner management. The Affiliate Manager’s role is to support the Senior Affiliate Manager by overseeing a portfolio of affiliates, analyzing performance, and contributing to the overall growth strategy in alignment with business goals. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor and analyze performance daily, as well as provide weekly business updates 

  • Maintain frequent contact with partners, affiliates, and agencies to understand market trends & current performance drivers 

  • Manage monthly affiliate invoicing and budgeting accrual to ensure accurate financial reporting 

  • Monitor & ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and compliance standards 

  • Scale the affiliate program by growing existing relationships and discovering new partnership opportunities 

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of Lead Gen, Partnership or Affiliate experience 

  • Advanced Excel skills required; strong analytical background including data manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs 

  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills 

  • Strong verbal and communication skills 

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and hit deadlines 

  • Experience with lead gen or affiliate platforms (Impact, CJ, SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.) 

  Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or direct-to-consumer industries. 

• Familiarity with tracking platforms, attribution models, and A/B testing
