Qualifications
Strong customer service, communication (written and verbal), organizational, problem-solving, and basic quantitative skills are required. Proficiency with standard computer applications and keyboarding is expected. The role requires a high level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
The position involves coordinating with both internal teams and external partners to support the transition of secure data exchange processes between systems. The specialist will gather and understand user requirements, communicate expectations, assist with setup activities, and help troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation.
Additional qualifications include:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience supporting or participating in technology or process migrations
- Ability to manage tasks or projects and track progress against timelines
- General knowledge of secure file transfers, data protection concepts, and access credentials
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and managing large data sets

Responsibilities
