The Administrative Clerk will handle various clerical duties, including answering phones, responding to inquiries from employees and customers, and sending outgoing mail.
The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position, along with the ability to multi-task.
Candidate will ensure that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly, generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate and respond to questions and requests for information.
This is a 90-day contract, on-site, Monday – Friday.
