Our Client, one of the largest consumer product companies in the US, is looking for a Licensing Supervisor to join their team. This is a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee day-to-day activities related to business license compliance: preparation, submission and renewals
  • Serve as primary liaison with Legal department on all alcohol and liquor license matters handled by Tax Department
  • Assist with resolution of licensing issues, notices or correspondence with local or state jurisdictions
  • Support the Controversy & Research team in preparation and management of audits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in licensing, compliance and related functions within a large corporation or public accounting firm
  • 4+ years of supervisory experience
  • Proven experience managing and coordinating business licensing activities
  • SAP experience
  • Familiarity with License Pro, License HQ, or similar
  • Paralegal or PMP strongly preferred
