Job Title: Project Manager – Downstream Data
Overview: Are you a results-driven Project Manager with a proven track record of leading data projects to success? We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the migration of internal compensation data to a centralized data repository. This critical role involves managing a complex stakeholder matrix and driving accountability to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in project management
  • Strong background in data projects and data flow
  • Agile understanding with experience in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
  • Exceptional change management acumen, including scoping requirements and coordinating with change management partners
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interface with all organizational levels up to EVP

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with vendor system migrations
  • Previous experience working with tech, product, operations, and internal communications teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Masters preferred)
  • Previous experience in the downstream data domain

Other Requirements:

  • Comfortable with productive questioning and assertive communication style
  • Ready to take on the urgency of project deadlines
