Role Overview
The Product Analyst delivers user-friendly software solutions that drive business value and enhance productivity for the advisor home office workforce. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to define requirements, configure solutions, and support adoption while using Agile and SDLC processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between users, technology teams, and vendors
  • Support and enhance the user experience of home office tools, acting as an “Subject Matter Expert”
  • Responsibilities include user support (Teams, Box, Outlook), tool selection guidance, and escalated inquiries
  • Articulates potential risks and roadblocks to key stakeholders in timely fashion.
  • Plans for entire life cycle of solutions: PI planning, business opportunity to solve, MVP requirements, alternatives, funding, approvals, configuration to deployment.
  • Uses clear goals to communicate the project vision and expected outcomes early.
  • Help lead sprint planning to ensure all work is in Jira or ServiceNow.
  • Makes business decisions and clearly communicates requirements through epics and stories so they are understood.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technology customers in financial services with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Working with customers supporting technology a requirement for 1+ years.
  • Agile methodology experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-value solutions
  • Passion and pride in delivering high-quality, business-value driven software solutions that deliver the best user experience both internally and externally.
