What You Will Be Doing:
This position is responsible for coordinating with brokers and carrier partners, strategizing with sales, managing the quoting process, and delivering accurate, competitive proposals. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and service-minded, ensuring a high-quality experience for brokers, carrier partners, and internal sales teams

Qualifications:

  • Lead the large group quoting process by coordinating with brokers and carrier partners to gather RFPs, submit requests, and consolidate proposals

  • Analyze and compare carrier quotes for accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client needs, providing strategic recommendations to sales teams

  • Serve as a primary liaison between brokers, carriers, and internal sales teams to ensure a seamless quoting experience and high-quality service delivery

  • Maintain strong knowledge of benefit products, funding arrangements, underwriting guidelines, and market trends in the large/mid-market segment

  • Manage multiple quotes and deadlines efficiently using CRM systems and Excel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
