MUST HAVES:
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools)
- Hands-on experience developing and executing test plans for UAT, Integration, and Regression Testing (experience with TestRail, Zephyr, or comparable test management tools is a plus)
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills across business and IT
- Familiarity with customer service or work management systems (knowledge of platforms like CCS, Maximo, or Oracle Utilities is a plus)
Job Summary:
We are seeking two Business Systems Analysts to support key IT initiatives with a utility-focused organization in Cleveland, OH. These roles are responsible for translating business needs into functional requirements, executing testing cycles, and supporting application deployments related to gas distribution and customer service operations.
You’ll be a bridge between technical teams and business units—ensuring accuracy, clarity, and quality across all deliverables.
Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Develop and execute UAT, integration, and regression testing scripts

Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and implement technical solutions

Support documentation, software rollouts, and post-deployment activities

Contribute to multiple concurrent projects in coordination with various teams
