Summary:
We are seeking a Programmatic Digital Ad Operations Specialist to join our growing Digital Advertising team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has hands-on experience with digital ad platforms. You’ll play a key part in launching, monitoring, and troubleshooting programmatic advertising campaigns to ensure they run smoothly and deliver on client expectations.
Responsibilities:

Set up and traffic programmatic advertising campaigns across DSPs/SSPs such as FreeWheel, Magnite, and DV360

Monitor campaign performance and pacing, flagging delivery issues as they arise

Troubleshoot technical problems with ad serving or creative assets

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, planning, account management) to ensure accurate campaign execution

Update and maintain campaign documentation, ensuring data integrity across platforms

Assist in testing and rolling out new ad products or platform enhancements

Support reporting and billing accuracy by reviewing campaign data and invoices
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in digital ad operations, ideally with programmatic platforms

Strong proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) and familiarity with Google Analytics

Working knowledge of ad servers, DSPs, and SSPs (e.g., FreeWheel, Magnite, DV360)

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with various teams

Experience with Salesforce, Innovid, Sizmek, or other ad tech tools is a plus
Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
