What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Address Customer Complaints: Manage and resolve customer service or billing issues by facilitating merchandise exchanges, processing refunds, and making necessary billing adjustments.

  • Communicate with Customers: Initiate contact with customers to respond to inquiries or to inform them of the outcomes of claim investigations and any planned adjustments.

  • Escalate Unresolved Issues: Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution.

  • Maintain Records: Document customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
