Job Summary:
We’re hiring a skilled UX/UI Designer and Developer with strong experience in AWS Connect. This hybrid role focuses on creating intuitive tools for call centers and customer service, using AWS technologies to enhance both agent and customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Design user-friendly interfaces for portals, IVRs, chatbots, and agent dashboards
  • Build and optimize AWS Connect contact flows, IVRs, and system integrations
  • Use AWS tools like Lambda, Lex, Polly, and CloudWatch to enhance solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective, scalable designs
  • Lead testing, prototyping, and continuous improvement using real-time feedback
  • Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of UX/UI experience, especially with call center tools
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS Connect and related services
  • Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with AI tools (Amazon Lex, chatbots)
  • Agile methodology and tools (Jira, Trello)
  • AWS certifications
  • Understanding of customer service KPIs and analytics
