What You Will Be Doing
As a senior-level Instructional Designer, you will lead the design, development, and evaluation of complex training curricula across instructor-led, virtual, online, and blended formats. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to identify performance gaps and training needs, apply proven instructional design principles, and manage multiple training development projects. You’ll also monitor industry trends and technologies to enhance learning experiences and drive organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop strategic training programs using tools like Storyline, Captivate, and Camtasia

Evaluate existing training and recommend improvements based on adult learning theory and ROI analysis

Lead project planning, stakeholder consultation, and cross-functional collaboration

Create learning assessments and training evaluations, using results to recommend improvements

Act as a mentor for junior instructional designers

Ensure consistency and quality of all training content in alignment with learning standards

Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and recommend new learning delivery methods

Manage internal client relationships and training needs assessments
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in T&D, HRD, Organizational Psychology, English, or a related field required

Master’s degree preferred

4–6 years of experience in instructional design and development

Proficiency with e-learning tools (e.g., Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia) and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience in developing instructor-led and virtual training programs

Deep understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies

Excellent technical writing, project management, and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and general business operations

Must submit a sample e-learning project or portfolio with strong technical writing (required for consideration)
