The Recruiter is a key member of our team, responsible for sourcing, screening, and referring the most qualified applicants to our Account Executives/Client. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting mission-driven candidates who align with our organization’s values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize a variety of creative methods to recruit qualified candidates, including media, referrals, networking, and data mining. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Relationship Management: Establish, cultivate, and maintain ongoing relationships with Account Executives and Clients to understand recruitment needs and identify the skills required for vacancies.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct daily calls with potential candidates to build a robust pipeline of applicants that meet both common and unique staffing needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in collecting and analyzing recruitment data to inform decision-making and strategy development. Experience with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
