What You Will Be Doing:

This role involves leading a Retail Wireless Finance team in developing and presenting quarterly subscriber value calculations, managing data gathering for analysis projects including M&A activities, and mentoring team members in creating complex models to support strategic decisions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with operating groups to enhance performance, creating financial reports to monitor key metrics, and supporting budget creation, earnings calls, and Board presentations.

Qualifications: 

  • MBA from a nationally recognized university preferred; equivalent experience with an undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting is acceptable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; knowledge of database basics (e.g., Microsoft Access, SQL) and OneStream is helpful
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as discounted cash flow analysis, statistics, and probabilities
  • Proven ability to draw valid conclusions from data and mentor team members in similar analyses
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, high-output environment
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to build productive relationships with executives
