What You Will Be Doing:
Technology Data & Automation Analyst: Own day-to-day data entry, data quality, and basic reporting for a growing technology team, while looking for ways to automate the repetitive parts using tools like Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot. This is a growth-oriented role — the right person will move from maintaining data to analyzing it to automating it over time. We’re looking for someone curious, hands-on, and comfortable learning new tools independently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 0–2 years of professional experience
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data (Excel, spreadsheets, databases, or basic reporting/analysis)
- Genuine interest in AI, automation, and emerging technology — willingness to learn tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and Cursor
- Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and ability to learn new tools quickly and independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable operating with some ambiguity — scope and process may evolve, and this may be a shorter-term engagement
