Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager
Pay Rate: $50-$62.50/hr
As a key member of our team, you will analyze historical spend data, develop and implement robust sourcing strategies across multiple categories, and lead end-to-end sourcing events. Your expertise will help identify process improvements, negotiate competitive contracts, and mitigate contractual risks—all while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver maximum value.
Required Skills:
- Proven results in strategic sourcing and procurement
- Expertise in analyzing spend data and developing category strategies
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Ability to evaluate suppliers and advise on contracts
- Excellent project management and documentation skills
- Results-oriented mindset focused on efficiency, accuracy, and quality
Nice to Have Skills:
- Procurement or Supply Chain professional certification
- Experience with vendor relationship management, escalation, and dispute resolution
- Knowledge of contract language drafting and risk mitigation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
- 8-10 years of management experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and business analysis
Other Requirements:
- Onsite presence in Englewood, CO or Littleton, CO
- Ability to lead negotiations and develop strategic sourcing plans
