Project Manager (Training & Change Management) – Immediate Opportunity
Overview:

Top 5 Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in end-user training delivery for large ERP/EPM system implementations
- Strong knowledge of Oracle systems and training methodologies
- Proficiency with training platforms such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, and Learning Management Systems
- Excellent project coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and change management professionals
Top 5 Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in developing e-learning content and using authoring tools
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices
- Prior experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination

Preferred Education and Experience:

- Flexibility for travel at least twice during the contract period (May and September)
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment or remotely with local proximity preferred
