Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and reporting.
- Develop status reports, executive summaries, and communications for HR cycles.
- Manage actions, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders across concurrent initiatives.
- Assist with data audits and Workday transactions; generate reports to support HR functions.
- Execute annual People processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent reviews, compensation planning, and succession planning.
- Support process improvement initiatives by creating documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Develop clear communication materials for leaders and employees, including presentations and briefings.
