Pay Rate: $60/hr (higher rates negotiable)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst to oversee testing activities across Salesforce platforms and enterprise systems, focusing on validating integrations, data accuracy, and end-to-end business workflows. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in creating and executing test plans, performing functional and regression testing, and tracking issues using Jira. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high-quality standards and supporting vital Quote-to-Cash operations, ensuring our systems operate flawlessly and meet client needs.
Top 5 Required Skills:
- Salesforce QA experience with CPQ and Billing functionality
- Creating and executing detailed test cases and scripts
- Functional, regression, and integration testing expertise
- Data validation across Salesforce objects and systems
- Proficiency in Jira for defect management
Top 5 Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience testing Salesforce ERP integrations
- Background in SaaS, Software, or Tax Compliance industries
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud workflows
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Education & Experience:
- 3+ years of QA experience within Salesforce environments
- Proven success in Quote-to-Cash and revenue lifecycle solutions
- Hands-on testing of Salesforce CPQ and Billing modules
Other Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen; open to W2 employment
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable with quick adaptation to changing priorities
