Program Manager III (WiFi Product Roadmap & PMO Leadership)
Overview
Join a high-visibility WiFi Product team and lead a critical subset of a strategic product roadmap that directly shapes customer experience and business outcomes. In this role, you’ll drive cross-functional delivery from roadmap approval through closeout—building crisp governance, aligning stakeholders across Product/Engineering/Operations/Sales/Marketing/Legal/IT, and ensuring complex programs land on time, on scope, and with measurable impact. If you thrive in fast-moving telecom environments and bring end-to-end program leadership with strong PMO discipline, this is a chance to lead work that matters.
Required Skills
- End-to-end program/project management across the full lifecycle (plan ? execute ? launch ? closeout)
- PMO governance and delivery rigor (project plans, RAID logs, status reporting, executive communications)
- Stakeholder management and influence across working teams through executive leadership
- Risk, dependency, and critical-path management for large, complex initiatives
- Jira proficiency (concepts and practices)
Nice to Have Skills
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft SharePoint
- WiFi domain expertise (router features/capabilities)
- Mobile / 5G domain experience
- Experience delivering subscription-based products and/or physical products requiring lifecycle management
Preferred Education and Experience
- 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience
- 5+ years of technical, IT, or engineering work experience
- Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum (preferred)
Other Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication, including data-driven presentations
- Ability to define KPIs/metrics and analyze/interpret data to drive decisions
- Comfort operating under pressure while making sound decisions and driving issue resolution
- Ability to mentor product owners and project leaders and improve delivery processes
