Our client is a financial services corporation offering a various suite of products. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years of related experience supporting data transformation, system modernization, and cloud-based initiatives.
  • Experience with data mapping, transformation logic, source-to-target design, SQL, data platforms, and system integrations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, enterprise systems, and data management principles.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to work across business and technology teams.
  • Proven experience applying business analysis practices and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong facilitation, interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, including external partners and vendors.
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority and build strong working relationships.
  • Effective at driving collaboration, communication, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience working successfully within complex, matrixed environments.
  • May be required to complete role-related compliance, background screening, or regulatory requirements, as applicable.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and influence cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders.
  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements for medium to large-scale initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify solutions that align with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance throughout project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through implementation.
  • Work independently while mentoring and supporting team members.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to drive successful business outcomes and continuous improvement.
