Senior Technical Product Manager
Overview:
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic products that enhance patient experience, digital health, and healthcare operations. Your expertise will directly impact the future of healthcare delivery, working at the intersection of data, technology, and user needs in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to influence high-impact projects while collaborating with top-tier professionals.
Required Skills:
- Minimum five years of experience in Technology Product Management
- One year of experience in Healthcare or related field
- Strong revenue cycle background
- Proven ability to launch successful beta and v1 products
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (APIs, microservices, ML/AI workflows)
- Skilled in agile methodologies and digital product development
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and secure information systems management
- Experience leading product discovery and go-to-market strategies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, required
- Graduate degree such as an MBA is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Onsite presence required three days a week in Charlotte, NC (preference given to local candidates)
- Willingness to engage in a contract-to-hire arrangement
