Senior Creative Project Manager – Fully Onsite (Meridian or Downtown Office) – Target Salary: $105K

Required Skills:

  • 5-10 years of experience managing projects or accounts within a creative agency environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management and workflow tools (preferably Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Smartsheet)
  • Expertise in capacity planning, resourcing, and project forecasting methodologies
  • Ability to analyze workflows and implement process improvements
  • Understanding of creative production processes, including design, copywriting, and development
  • Excellent problem-solving and proactive risk mitigation skills
  • Superior communication and change management abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience managing and onboarding freelance resources
  • Proficiency in maintaining documentation, decision logs, and workflow guidelines
  • Skilled in coordinating meetings and handling administrative operations

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with creative agency operations beyond project management
  • Familiarity with client relationship management and high-visibility partner engagement
  • Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile)

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field
  • Proven track record of leading complex creative projects and teams in a fast-paced agency setting

Other Requirements:

  • Fully onsite presence at Meridian or Downtown office, Monday through Friday
