Senior Creative Project Manager – Fully Onsite (Meridian or Downtown Office) – Target Salary: $105K

Required Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience managing projects or accounts within a creative agency environment
- Strong knowledge of project management and workflow tools (preferably Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Smartsheet)
- Expertise in capacity planning, resourcing, and project forecasting methodologies
- Ability to analyze workflows and implement process improvements
- Understanding of creative production processes, including design, copywriting, and development
- Excellent problem-solving and proactive risk mitigation skills
- Superior communication and change management abilities
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience managing and onboarding freelance resources
- Proficiency in maintaining documentation, decision logs, and workflow guidelines
- Skilled in coordinating meetings and handling administrative operations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with creative agency operations beyond project management
- Familiarity with client relationship management and high-visibility partner engagement
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field
- Proven track record of leading complex creative projects and teams in a fast-paced agency setting

- Fully onsite presence at Meridian or Downtown office, Monday through Friday
