Regional Infrastructure Delivery & Asset Operations Lead

Overview
Join an industry-leading organization as the Regional Infrastructure Delivery & Asset Operations Lead, where your expertise will drive the execution of critical infrastructure projects at a prominent manufacturing plant. You will oversee field deployment governance, manage contractor performance, support local plant IT functions, and ensure asset operations are optimized for efficiency. This strategic role offers a unique opportunity to influence infrastructure growth while supporting daily plant IT support, making a significant impact in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years in field deployment of networking, structured cabling, or industrial technology projects
  • Strong contractor/vendor management with rigorous QA discipline
  • Proficiency in cabling standards and MDF/IDF buildouts
  • Project scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and cutover coordination
  • Troubleshooting plant IT equipment and peripherals, ticketing discipline

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Certification in network or infrastructure project management
  • Experience with fiber/copper testing and documentation standards
  • Knowledge of IT asset management (ITAM) processes and audit procedures
  • Familiarity with plant safety regulations and lift coordination
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years leading infrastructure deployment in industrial or manufacturing environments

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel to facilities as needed
  • Ability to support local plant IT operations on-site when not traveling
  • Compliance with company security policies, including MFA and endpoint encryption
  • Background check, NDA, and acceptable use agreement required prior to onboarding
