Recruitment Consultant
Pay Rate: $33/hour

Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in early career recruiting
- Familiarity with ATS systems such as HireVue, iCIMS, or Oracle
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely if needed
- Knowledge of recruiting within business-focused fields (accounting, actuarial, marketing, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience recruiting university interns or early career candidates
- Adaptability to different ATS and recruiting tools
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple stakeholder interactions
- Familiarity with university recruitment programs or campus engagement
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in human resources, business, or related fields
- Prior experience with internship or early career recruiting
