- Licensing such as SIE, Series 7, or 6 (not required)
- Experience with documentation review and account management
- Ability to handle complex operational queries
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven success in customer service roles, especially in finance or related industries
- Experience managing a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and patience

- Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
