Superintendent – Data Center Construction

Specializing in commissioning major data center projects, you’ll oversee large-scale, complex construction efforts, ensuring seamless operations from foundation to finish. Top Skills Required:
- Extensive experience in large-scale construction (over $100M projects)
- Strong knowledge of CSA, MEP, and base building systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and client management
- Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and standards
Nice to Have Skills:
- Data center-specific construction experience
- Familiarity with design-build project delivery
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as pull planning and MS Project
- Industry network and business development capabilities
- Certifications such as OSHA or PMP
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of construction experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Structural Engineering (a plus)
- Experience managing multiple large projects simultaneously
Other Requirements:
- Onsite work with frequent travel to project sites including Santa Clara, Hillsboro, Houston, and Ashburn
- Ability to mentor teams and foster a safety-first environment
