As a Corporate Actions Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication and processing within a leading financial services organization. Required Skills:

- Comfortable working in a phone queue with unpredictable inquiries

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in financial services, broker-dealer, or operations environment
- Corporate actions, reorg, or shareholder communications experience
- Familiarity with Broadridge, E-Tran, CX1, or U-Tran / FIS tools
- Knowledge of proxy/shareholder communications
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in financial operations, corporate actions, or broker-dealer support
Other Requirements:
- Hybrid work setup—3 days onsite, 2 days remote
- Ability to start promptly; schedule likely 7:30 AM–4:00 PM PT or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PT
- Experience with regulatory compliance and internal policies
