Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure)
We’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure) to help own and evolve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and overall platform reliability at scale. This is a highly visible role working closely with Engineering, Data, and Information Security to deliver secure, automated, and resilient systems that support a 24×7 production environment.
What you’ll do
- Architect, operate, and continuously improve Azure-based CI/CD pipelines (Git, Azure DevOps, MS Build, Terraform, ARM/Bicep)
- Own and optimize core Azure platform services including Azure SQL, Service Bus, Key Vault, Blob Storage, and AKS
- Design and maintain highly available, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure supporting always-on workloads
- Embed security, automation, and reliability into platform operations through close partnership with Engineering, Data, and InfoSec
- Lead and improve incident response, release management, and disaster recovery planning
- Mentor other DevOps engineers and serve as an escalation point for complex platform and infrastructure issues
What you bring
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Azure-focused DevOps / Platform Engineering
- Strong Infrastructure-as-Code skills with Terraform and ARM/Bicep
- Proven expertise building and supporting CI/CD for .NET and SQL Server deployments
- Experience with AKS and modern monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, ELK, or similar)
- Solid understanding of cloud security best practices
- Ownership mindset, strong communication skills, and comfort operating and improving mission-critical systems
