Project Manager

Your expertise will drive projects from concept through on-site installation, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality standards. Required Skills:
- 3–7+ years of project management experience in trade shows, exhibits, or experiential marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client management capabilities
- Budget management and financial tracking experience
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with exhibit houses or experiential agencies
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or similar
- Knowledge of exhibit production processes, logistics, and show services
- Experience in fabrication or event-related industries
- Willingness to travel (~10–25%) for trade shows and site visits
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale trade show or experiential projects
Other Requirements:
- Ability to coordinate logistics such as freight, fabrication, and on-site installation
- Flexibility to travel during peak seasons for show site execution
