Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical or analytical field
- Extensive experience in security, technology, or engineering roles
- Experience designing and delivering AI?enabled or automation solutions
- Familiarity with modern AI techniques and security automation capabilities
- Comfortable working in evolving or ambiguous environments
- Ability to collaborate with leaders and teams to help shape direction
- Strong problem?solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ongoing curiosity and willingness to learn as technologies evolve
Preferred Skills
- Experience applying AI thoughtfully and responsibly within security workflows
- Background in information security, including identity?related domains
- Experience working in regulated or compliance?driven environments
- Ability to translate security or compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience providing technical guidance, reviews, or design input in senior or lead roles
Responsibilities
- Partner with security and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI and automation
- Design and deliver end?to?end solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness of security operations
- Build and maintain automation across cloud and enterprise environments
- Support secure, repeatable, and auditable processes through automated controls and policy?driven approaches
- Collaborate across teams to understand systems, workflows, and shared goals
- Apply advanced AI techniques where appropriate, with appropriate oversight and governance
- Contribute to technical standards, design discussions, and long?term automation strategies
