Qualifications
Experience applying agile practices across diverse teams, environments, and project sizes. Solid understanding of common agile frameworks and engineering practices, including Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches, test?driven development, and continuous integration/testing. Experience guiding teams in adopting agile ways of working and supporting continuous improvement toward delivery and quality goals. Familiarity with or exposure to working in larger, coordinated agile environments is a plus. Hands-on experience using common collaboration and agile management tools. Several years of experience in an agile coaching, facilitation, or delivery role, with a strong grasp of team roles, events, and workflows. Relevant agile or scrum certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities
Experience working within Agile Scrum teams, ideally in a facilitation or leadership capacity. Exposure to scaled or coordinated agile practices is preferred. Background supporting product or solution development teams.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with multiple days onsite in a designated office location.
- Ability to support and coordinate multiple interdependent teams, encouraging alignment and collaboration across groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong agile skills, including the ability to operate within agile teams and help others learn and adopt agile practices.
- Experience working with common work management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
