Data Analyst / Project Coordinator

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency with MRI-Simmons, Nielsen NPower, and Comscore VMX
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources
  • Excellent attention to detail in reporting and documentation
  • Effective communication for presenting insights and collaborating across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple research requests and meet deadlines

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Nielsen Streaming Platform Ratings and iSpot
  • Familiarity with Media Radar, Magna Global, and eMarketer reports
  • Basic understanding of advertising verticals and marketplace dynamics
  • Prior experience supporting marketing presentations or sales enablement
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Entry-level candidates, including recent graduates or interns, are encouraged to apply
  • Prior internship or coursework involving media analysis or data research is a plus

Other Requirements:

  • This is a full-time, onsite position based in New York City, with an end-of-year contract.
  • Role requires availability M-F during standard business hours.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
