Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of Program Management experience, particularly in Infrastructure, Operations, and Security
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, Visio, and GSuite
  • Knowledge of IT systems, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and vendor management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with senior executives

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Cloud Services (AWS, Cloud)
  • Knowledge of security systems and enterprise monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with UNIX, SQL, Windows Servers, NAS/SAN Storage
  • Understanding of Data Networking and Wireless Systems
  • PMP certification or advanced degrees such as a Master’s in related fields

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant fields
  • PMP certification and an advanced degree are highly desirable
  • Over 10 years of IT experience with strong background in infrastructure and security programs

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholder groups in a complex environment
  • Willingness to adapt quickly to changing project needs and business priorities
  • Prior experience working with vendor SOWs, RFPs, and contracts
