Technical Product Manager – WiFi & Connectivity Products

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join the WiFi Product organization and support the delivery of next-generation connectivity solutions. This role will play a key part in driving product initiatives that enhance the reliability and performance of in-home connectivity services.

The Technical Product Manager will help define and execute product roadmap initiatives while also driving the successful delivery of complex cross-functional projects. This individual will work closely with engineering, operations, IT, marketing, and product leadership to bring new connectivity solutions from concept through launch.

This role requires a Product Manager who can combine strategic product thinking with strong project management discipline, ensuring that product initiatives move efficiently from planning through execution. Success in this role will require strong organizational skills, the ability to influence cross-functional teams, and the emotional intelligence to lead initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of strategic initiatives within the WiFi product roadmap.

  • Partner with product leadership to define requirements and drive development of new connectivity and device-based solutions.

  • Manage end-to-end product initiatives from roadmap approval through product launch and program closeout.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, IT, Operations, Marketing, and Legal to ensure alignment on delivery milestones.

  • Develop and maintain project management artifacts including project plans, RAID logs, milestone tracking, and executive status updates.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential delivery challenges while proactively implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure product objectives and timelines remain aligned.

  • Track key product delivery metrics and provide clear, data-driven updates to leadership.

  • Drive accountability across teams to ensure product initiatives are delivered on schedule and aligned with strategic business objectives.

  • Help foster a collaborative team environment by supporting open communication and helping teams navigate tight delivery timelines and competing priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, technical project management, or related roles within technology-driven environments.

  • Experience working closely with engineering, IT, or technical product development teams.

  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills, including development of project plans, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical product initiatives.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence teams and drive alignment across cross-functional groups.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting WiFi, broadband, or connected home products

  • Experience working with connectivity platforms or network technologies

  • Experience launching hardware or device-based products

  • Experience supporting mobile or 5G connectivity solutions

  • Telecommunications industry experience

  • Experience working with Agile development environments

  • PMP, Scrum, or similar project management certification preferred
