Job Overview
We are seeking a SAP CRM-Utilities Lead to serve as the primary IS-U and CRM subject matter expert supporting a complex utility environment. This is the most operationally critical role on the team, responsible for ensuring stability across the meter-to-cash lifecycle, daily monitoring, and production support activities that directly impact customer billing and service delivery.
This position supports a managed services environment and requires deep expertise within electric utility IS-U/CRM landscapes.
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end meter-to-cash operational support including billing, device management, customer service, and collections processes

Perform daily UIQ monitoring, reporting, and automation improvements

Monitor and resolve ECC-CRM replication issues including BDoc and ECRMREPL failures

Triage and manage CCS + WM production support inbox and ticket workflows

Support AMI integrations, meter data ingestion, and validation processes

Troubleshoot billing configuration issues such as TOU, demand-based, and tiered rates

Collaborate with Basis and Development teams on performance and replication challenges

Participate in 24×7 on-call rotation supporting high-priority production incidents

Contribute to S/4HANA readiness through documentation and process optimization
Required Qualifications

12+ years SAP experience with 8+ years focused on IS-U/CRM within electric utilities

Deep understanding of CIS/CRM, billing, device management, and customer service workflows

Experience supporting ECC and CRM integration landscapes

Strong analytical and automation mindset
