Client Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Compensation Specialist to provide exceptional frontline support to our clients and partners. This is a vital role that ensures smooth communication and resolution of client inquiries, making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities include handling approximately 15 calls per day, each lasting around 10-12 minutes, acting as the primary point of contact for advisors, third-party sponsors, and clients. The role demands patience, probing for precise needs, and de-escalating any frustrations to foster trust and satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Proven phone experience with a customer-centric approach
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in the finance industry, specifically investment or banking sectors
- Strong probing and questioning abilities to identify client needs
- Patience and ability to de-escalate emotionally charged situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of compliance procedures within client service operations
- Experience working in hybrid or onsite environments
- Ability to think creatively and ask thoughtful, outside-the-box questions
- Familiarity with financial products and services
- Multilingual skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are a plus
- 2+ years of client service experience in finance or related industries
Other Requirements:
- Hybrid work schedule: onsite Monday through Wednesday, with flexibility for remote work on other days
- Availability to start immediately
- Comfort working in a demanding, fast-paced environment
