Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction review
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in the finance or brokerage industry
  • Knowledge of cash management systems and compliance procedures
  • Experience with report analysis and risk mitigation
  • Familiarity with databases such as Database, Documentum, Siebel
  • Growth mindset and adaptability to new processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in finance or a related field
  • Experience with cash processing, risk management, or fraud prevention is advantageous
