CXOne Quality Analytics & Platform Insights Engineer

Join our client’s organization committed to transforming contact center excellence through advanced analytics and platform insights. As a CXOne Quality Analytics & Platform Insights Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client’s customer interaction technologies by delivering actionable insights, refining quality tools, and increasing platform observability. This is an exciting opportunity for technical experts eager to make a measurable impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Nexidia, CXOne Quality Management, and/or advanced CXOne analytics tools
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Ability to operate independently and own end-to-end deliverables
  • Knowledge of IVR/contact management technologies and customer journey data
  • Proven ability to support enterprise-scale contact center environments

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with observability tooling, monitoring frameworks, or performance dashboards
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or other CRM/CTI data structures
  • Background in regulated industries with compliance standards
  • Knowledge of routing, metadata tagging, and platform integration best practices
  • Previous involvement in platform stability and system health analysis

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • B.A./B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years supporting contact center analytics or quality assurance environments
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise analytics platforms and quality management tools

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to collaborate across multiple technical teams and stakeholders
  • Strong documentation and training skills
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, lean engineering environment
