CXOne Support & Platform Stability Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled CXOne Support & Platform Stability Engineer to maintain and enhance the reliability of our client’s NICE CXOne platform. This pivotal role combines operational support, platform improvement, and stability management, offering the opportunity to drive meaningful technical change in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with NICE CXOne (Studio, IVR, ACD, Routing)
- Troubleshooting complex contact center workflows
- Supporting enterprise-scale contact center environments
- Strong ownership mindset and independent problem-solving
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub integration
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in regulated industry environments
- Knowledge of observability tools and metrics analysis
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or other CRM/CTI systems
- Platform automation and scripting expertise
- Knowledge of SaaS architecture and cloud deployment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in support or platform engineering roles within contact centers or SaaS environments
Other Requirements:
- Relevant certifications in NICE CXOne or DevOps practices are a plus
