Role Overview
Provide IT Help Desk support for internal employees, including phone support, walk-up assistance, and basic onsite technology support. The role may expand into light project or off-phone work over time.
Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware, desktops, laptops, and common office technology

Support access issues, passwords, VPN, and virtual desktops

Assist with meeting room and onsite technology needs

Log, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
Required Skills

Strong customer service and communication

Experience with office productivity tools and hardware support

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Details

Onsite required for certain support duties; limited hybrid may be available after training

Contract role with possible extension and potential future full-time consideration
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; certifications preferred

4–6 years of IT support experience

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
