Qualifications

Extensive experience leading large, complex programs or initiatives

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work effectively across teams and influence without direct authority

Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Experience working within matrixed organizations

Solid understanding of technology-enabled initiatives

PMP or similar certification preferred
Responsibilities

Coordinate and support delivery across multiple workstreams and teams

Maintain alignment on timelines, priorities, and key dependencies

Provide regular status updates and communicate risks as needed

Facilitate collaboration across teams and leadership

Identify and help resolve cross-team issues and dependencies

Support successful delivery of program outcomes
