SCOPE OF WORK
The organization is seeking one experienced Systems Analyst to support the implementation of the KloudGin Work Management (Field Service Management) solution. This role requires a strong background in analytical support across business processes and applications, table configurations, and maintenance of software systems used to support operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, technical design, testing, documentation, and planning.
- Consult stakeholders to understand needs, objectives, functions, performance expectations, and input/output requirements while proposing effective technical alternatives.
- Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to refine user requirements and document business processes and system configurations.
- Analyze workflows to identify impacts on business processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop testing criteria, conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and prepare change notices for system updates.
- Provide technical support and user training, clearly communicating complex information to non-technical users.
- Coordinate with consultants, system integrators, analysts, and technical staff to resolve system issues.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships within cross-functional and diverse teams.
A successful Systems Analyst will have proven experience evaluating business processes, aligning user requirements with system capabilities, developing specifications, testing and implementing applications, and resolving moderately complex system issues. Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal—are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience with configuration of the KloudGin Work Management solution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably with Field Service Management (FSM) systems.
- Experience implementing and supporting Field Service Management solutions.
- Experience in the utility industry or a similar regulated environment.
- Knowledge of system integration techniques, including APIs, middleware, and data migration.
- Understanding of mobile technologies and their application in field service solutions.
- Proficiency with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools related to FSM data.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of related systems such as SAP Plant Maintenance, Esri, and SharePoint.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Project management, functional lead, or coordination experience.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools with minimal supervision.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to facilitate alignment among diverse groups.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to field service operations.
- Ability to analyze systems and workflows to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical staff, stakeholders, and non-technical end users.
- Ability to document system requirements, use cases, and technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
