Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst to support a high-impact Data and AI Strategy Initiative. This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution of enterprise-level projects as we transition away from a consulting partner and build internal capabilities. The ideal candidate is a high performer with foundational experience in project support, eager to grow and take ownership of responsibilities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to multiple teams and leaders.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, data repositories, and internal applications.
  • Assist in creating process documentation, presentation materials, and communication assets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program finances; partner with Finance to support budgeting and tracking.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across departments to ensure alignment and progress on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–5 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in a project analyst or similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Visio or Miro is a plus.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Strong ability to document processes and create clear, concise presentation materials.
  • Experience providing administrative support for projects.
