Senior Finance Business Partner, FP&A – Corporate FP&A
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Business Partner to join the Corporate FP&A team. This high-impact role will lead corporate financial processes, consolidate reporting, monitor key performance indicators, and build forward-looking models that guide strategic decisions across the organization. The position works closely with senior leadership to shape financial insights and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage dynamic 3-statement financial models and long-range forecasting tools

Lead monthly financial reviews and performance analytics

Develop executive- and board-level reports and presentations

Oversee budgeting and annual planning cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Monitor internal business drivers and macroeconomic trends to assess financial impact

Build pro-forma models and business cases to support growth initiatives

Develop complex driver-based financial models for scenario planning

Automate and improve reporting processes to enhance data accuracy and efficiency

Own and evolve the organization’s long-range corporate financial model
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 7 years in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, investor relations, or corporate development

Financial Modeling: Proven ability to build integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models

Communication: Skilled at synthesizing and presenting complex financial insights to senior executives

Technical Skills: Experience with financial planning and data tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, Power BI, SQL)

Business Acumen: Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial drivers and planning best practices
